These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website, https://bookmyticket.online/, and the services we provide, including the sale of event tickets, hotel bookings, and car rentals.

Book My Ticket offers an online platform for purchasing event tickets, booking hotel stays, and renting cars. All services are provided by third-party vendors, and Book My Ticket acts as an intermediary between you (the customer) and the vendors.
1.2 Eligibility:
You must be 18 years of age or older to use our platform and make purchases. By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
1.3 Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing and using our platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2.1 Event Tickets:
All event ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. In case of event cancellation or rescheduling, Book My Ticket will notify customers via email with instructions on how to proceed.
2.2 Hotel Reservations:
Hotel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective hotel. Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the hotel's specific policy, which will be displayed during the booking process.
2.3 Car Rentals:
Car hire services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective car rental company. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the rental company’s requirements, including providing valid identification, a driver’s license, and a credit card for security deposits.
2.4 Pricing and Availability:
All prices displayed on our platform are in Indian Rupees only, inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability of services are subject to change without prior notice.
3.1 Payment Methods:
We accept payments via Online Payment on our website only via payment gateways such as Razorpay or PayPal which ever available. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
3.2 Payment Security:
We use secure payment gateways to ensure the safety of your payment information. However, we cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access or data breaches outside of our control.
4.1 Event Tickets:
Unless otherwise specified, tickets for events are non-refundable. In case of cancellation or postponement by the event organizer, Book My Ticket will facilitate refunds or exchanges as per the event organizer's policies for the amount and duration.
4.2 Hotel Bookings:
Cancellation and refund policies for hotel reservations depend on the specific terms set by the hotel. Please check the terms and conditions applicable to your booking.
4.3 Car Rentals:
Car rental cancellation policies vary by provider. Please refer to the specific rental company’s terms for information on cancellations and refunds.
4.4 In absense on the booked date doesn't eligible for refunds or cancellation. There is no cancelation policy unless the vendor issue specific agreement with customer on official email. In such case the vendor will be held responsibile always depending on event organizer's / Hotel / Car rental policies for the amount and duration.

Returns
Our policy lasts 24 hours from the purchase and before 30 days to the visit of the event/park/hotel..
Deduction of a fee of
Platform charges – 10%
Deduction of Tax payment of tax invoice-currently 18%
If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The refund will be initiate after 15 days and should get credited within 21 days.
Additional non-returnable items:
To be eligible for a return, your service must be unused and in the same condition that you redeemed it. Same has to be informed to Digital Inventory POS and other Services on salesdipos@gmail.com and to the service provider by Customer. Refund can be processes only if the Service provider verify and accept the cancellation of service.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after booking.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is request received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have cancel your service. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced service may be refunded, unfortunately sale /offer items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges / Reschedule (if applicable)
We only post service if they are not used redeemed and service provider accept to reschedule.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

6.2 Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Book My Ticket be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to the booking of tickets, hotels, or car rentals.
6.3 Third-Party Vendors:
Book My Ticket is not responsible for any issues, damages, or losses arising from services provided by third-party vendors, including event organizers, hotels, and car rental companies.
7.1 Ownership:
All content on the Book My Ticket platform, including logos, trademarks, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Book My Ticket or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express permission.
Book My Ticket reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of our platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
